WILLIAM “Bill” ALFRED JENSEN

He was born to Darlene Tucker and Keith Alfred Jensen on March 31, 1961 in SLC, Utah. Died August 29, 2016. Funeral is Sat, September 3, 2016 viewing10:00 am, Services 11:00 at Butler 10th Ward 6600 S. Greenfield Way SLC, UT 84121. Burial at Redwood Memorial Cemetery 6500 S. Redwood Rd. West Jordan, Ut 84123.

The doctors said his form of cancer was “one in a million.” We feel that describes our incredible Bill! His daughters consider him one in a “Googolplex!”

Bill was born the fourth child of six into a loving family. His adventures, humor, antics, quest for learning and giving nature started young and continued throughout his life. With his sharp mind, he was able to receive a Mechanical Engineering degree from Brigham Young University and expanded into the computer industry. He spoke four languages and served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Helsinki Finland.

He was proceeded in death by his father Keith Alfred Jensen, grandparents Elizabeth “Bessie” Brough Jensen, Alfred August Jensen, Effie Arvella Hansen Tucker, as well as some aunts and uncles. He is survived by two daughters Amanda and Tiffany, his mother, Darlene, siblings, Sherrie (Don), Deanna (Dan), David (LeeAnn), Robert (Debra), Patty (Larry) and niece and nephews. His best friend who was a nephew but more like a son Ron helped him until his dieing day. Dear to his heart are Renzo and Claudita. He will ever be grateful for the loving way his aunt Joie and uncle Lynn helped him throughout his life and especially in the end.

Bill was an amazing father who always did everything he could to be an important part of their lives. He showed his love in all he did for them. He knew he was sick so he spent time with loved ones at their homes building, fixing, and creating lasting memories with his loved ones. He went about doing what he did best, serving and giving of himself to show his love to all.

Funeral services are Saturday September 3, 2016 viewing at 10:00 am, funeral at 11:00. Butler 10th  Ward 6600 S. Greenfield Way SLC, UT 84121. Burial at Redwood Memorial Cemetery 6500 S. Redwood Rd. West Jordan, Ut 84123.

We love him and will miss him deeply!
