Nicole Fawn Forbush passed away Friday July 21, 2017. Nicole was born September 23, 1980 to Darla May Sawyer and T. Jay Forbush in Payson, Utah

Nicole grew up in Spanish Fork and attended schools in Spanish Fork. She graduated from Landmark High School with honors. After graduation she attended Paul Mitchell The School and pursued a career in the hair and beauty industry.

Nicole leaves behind her children Ian and Darla. Her children were her entire world. She loved them so very much. Nicole cherished every moment she had with them.

Nicole had the biggest heart, a heart so pure and kind. She was truly a beautiful person, and she had an unconditional love for people. She loved to serve others, even in times when she needed the service the most. She was passionate about music, art, and astrology. Nicole touched the lives of so many people. Her spirit was something fierce that will forever leave marks on our hearts.

She will be remembered by her children Ian Jay and Darla Raelynn. Her father T. Jay Forbush, Sisters, Jenni (Bill) Murdoch, Cassie (Jesse) Daley, Brother Charlie (Erica) Forbush, nieces and nephews many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.  She will be welcomed on the other side by her Mother Darla May Sawyer, Brothers Daniel Montague and Jason Forbush. As well as grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Funeral services will be held Monday, July 31st at 11am with a viewing 1 hr prior to services.
Viewing Sunday, July 30th from 6-8pm
Spanish Fork 5th Ward Church
1006 East 200 South Spanish Fork, Utah


Grave side services will be held on August 5th at 11am.
Goshen City Cemetary in Goshen, Utah
