Joyce Arrington
December 6, 1934 — November 30, 2017
Joyce Kerr Arrington passed away November 30, 2017. She was reunited with her loved ones and is now in the loving arms of her Mother Estella Brunyer Kerr. She left this earth surrounded by her loving Husband and Family.
Joyce was born on December 6, 1934 to Elmo Parrish Kerr and Estella Brunyer Kerr in Bountiful Utah. She is survived by her sisters Carolyn (Burke) Heaton, Gayle (Dale) Smith and Kathryn (Rob) Rowley. She is preceded in death by her brother Don Elmo Kerr and sister Kathleen K. Kerr.
Joyce married Jerry Wayne Parkin on October 13, 1964. Together they had eight children; Scott Que Shupe (his children Jason Wallace, Roxanna Shupe & Chaz Shupe.) James Dee (Lisa) Shupe their children (Dotti (Chris) Dyson, Jessica Shupe, Casey (Amanda) Shupe, & Dez (Brit) Thornton.) Mark Lynn (JoLynn) Parkin (their children Stacy Buchanan, Michelle (Brian) Thornock, Brad Parkin, Bruce (DeAnn) Parkin.) Taunya Kaye (Ed) Munford, (their children Lindsey (Chris) German, Travis (Jade) Smith, Landon Munford, Brian Munford, Tara Munford, Katelynn Munford.) Todd Bryan Parkin, Jerri Ann (Brad) Hrubes, (their children Preston Hrubes, Kylie Hrubes, Blake Hrubes, Baylee Hrubes, Roby Hrubes, Christy Hrubes, Farah Hrubes, DJ Hrubes.) Brenda J. (Ron) Meyer (their children Derek Meyer, Tristan Meyer.) Shane Wayne Parkin (his child Shaynea Parkin.) Joyce was so proud of her 26 Great Grandchildren.
Later she married Ron Arrington on April 20, 1985. Her three new children from this union are Ronald Scott Arrington, Garth Edward Arrington, Wendi K. Arrington.
Joyce loved to travel, she was known as "Gypsy Joyce." She loved spending time with her family and her sisters. She was an active member in the LDS church and loved to attend the temple. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Funeral Services for Joyce will be held December 4, 2017 at the West Bountiful 7th Ward at Noon
