Our beautiful daughter at the young age of 25, finally lost her battle to the complications of her diseases. She left us on Sunday the 4th of December after many hands tried to save her. It is a devastating loss for her family. She graduated from Bingham High School, and attended the College of Eastern Utah, SLCC and Dixie State University. Her smile and laugh were contagious, her caring and loving personality drew everyone in she knew. No matter her problems she always thought of others first. She never let on how sick she was, she didn't want to draw attention to herself.  One of her happiest moments was when she became a big sister to Thomas. She loved to take him on "dates" and play games with him. She was very proud of the young man he has become. Some of her favorite things: the Mathews Ranch in Southern Nevada, Hawaii, camping, atving, family vacations to Nauvoo and Disney World in Florida, really anything to do with family. Her young cousins were a delight to her and she would babysit many of them. She also loved her relationship with her Heavenly Father and her testimony of Jesus' atonement. When she was  19 she was very proud to be Lucia at the Swedish Lucia Queen of Lights Festival. Being of Swedish heritage was special to her and she learned songs in Swedish and even made a Swedish CD of songs with her Lucia group. She had a special report done on the news about her Addison's disease and becoming Lucia, she loved that it brought awareness to Addison's disease. She worked when she was younger as a CNA and loved working , with the elderly, she took the job to heart and treated those special people as if they were family. She had an amazing ability to make you feel special whether you are young or old. She was loved so very much by friends and family and will be missed beyond words and feelings. She leaves behind her father Gary, her mother Faith and her little brother Thomas, and many other family members she adored.
