Don Anderson

Don L. Anderson, 90, passed away peacefully at home 25 April 2022.

Born to Morgan LaVar and Alva Boyd Anderson, the last surviving of five children: Clea, LaVon, Keith, himself and Carol.

Don loved his family, sports, outdoor activities, square dancing and cars.

Don joined the Air Force to serve his country during the Korean War. He served an LDS mission to the Northern States Mission, serving among the native Americans. After retirement he served a mission with his sweetheart in the Raleigh North Carolina Mission. When his children were young he served as Vice President and then as President of the Murray Little League Football Conference. Don could never say no if a neighbor or ward member needed mechanical help with their car.

Don worked for the Lynn Wilson Fine Foods Company, retiring after 35 years.

He is survived by his sweetheart, Dolores and five children; Joni, Kelly, Alan, Cris, and Tracy as well as thirteen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

A celebration of his life will be held at the Butler West Stake Center, 1845 E. 7200 S. Saturday 30 April from 1:30 - 3:00 pm.

Intermet will be at Redwood Memorial Estates.
